Stage one - The Proposal Phase: You will need to fill out a questionnaire and email, fax, or mail it back, so we can better understand your companies needs and desires for your new website. We will then draft a contract explaining in detail the Work that will be done and the Terms they'll be done under. This phase will be completed when the contract is signed and a deposit of one third the final cost is paid.

Stage Two - The Drafting Phase: Immediately after the contract is signed we will begin work on the layout and graphic design of the website. This draft will primarily be the outline of the homepage and the overall format used for the rest of the site. The end of this phase will be determined by an authorized associate of your company signing off with a simple "it's good" by email or again we can revise any changes that you deam essential, as long as these changes are with in the scope of the contract. Also by the end of this phase, all content must be prepared and turned over to the HD Group.

Stage Three - The Revision Phase: Once the drafted layout is approved, we'll begin to apply it to all of the pages of the site. This is often the longest portion of the process, do to all of the data that has to be implement into the design. This is when a good communication between our companies is absolutely necessary. We may call on you for feed back to insure that we are achieving your companies standards and vision. The end of this phase will be determined again with a simple email.

Stage Four - The Beta Phase: This is when your website and all of it's content has been completed. We will then upload the entire website onto the Internet and we will review every page in detail, testing it against different browser and computer platforms. After the site is finished, we will then ask for a final sign off along with final payment of the entire project.
