How long have you been in business?

• We've been in business since 2001, however we became the HD Group in 2004 and became an LLC in 2008.

Where are you located?

• We are located in Hayward, California. Our address is 640 Cherry Way, Hayward, CA 94541.

What areas do you serve?

• We work with all types of clients from big corporations to individuals. Most of our business is here in Hayward, but we have clients all over the United States

What are your Business Hours?

• We work 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST - Monday to Friday and 10:00 AM to 4:00PM on Saturdays.

Do you offer Emergency After Hours Support?

• We have 24/7 email and chat support. Phone support is available during Business Hours. We will give you phone numbers of key individuals incase of emergency.

How Does Your Web Design Process Work?

• We have a clear outline of the process on our Development Process Page or you can
  contact us and we can explain it in detail.

Do you do your own work, or do you send it offshore to places like India?

• We do all of our work in house and made in the USA. At times we may have to inlist personel with special talents. Never will we offshore to any where outside the US for this help.

Are your Web Design costs a one time fee?

• Yes, just a one time cost. There will be no hidden fees or extra charges at the end of the design process and this will be outlined in our contract.

What is your typical turn around period?

• Each website is different in size, amount of custom work, and the clients availability. A small website can been completed in as little as 7 days and a large website may take 28 days.

After you have designed our website, can we manage it ourselves?

• When we're done constructing your new website, you will own it and have full access to it. You will be able to make as many changes to the site that you want.

Will we get a chance to review the website before it is launched?

• Of course! In fact, we will work with you closely to create the website based on your input. We will do our very best to make you happy.

I am a small home business, do you work with Individuals?

• Yes, we work with big and small businesses, corporations, professionals, home business owners, startups and even individuals.

What types of websites do you do?

• We provide a full range of services including high-class website development, eCommerce Solutions, Content Management Systems and Search Engine friendly websites.

Do you design Adult Web sites?

• No.

Can you help us get listed in Search Engines?

• We have a eMarketing Services to help you get listed in most Major Search Engines. We also submit your site to all of these search engines the week that your site is launched.

Can you find me a website address?

• Yes, with all website designs we will find you the best possible website address for your company at no charge for the 1st year. It's $14.99 each additional year.

Can you manage our websites for us?

• Yes, we manage entire websites for individuals and large corperations. The rates will be determined by the size of the site and amount of traffic it receaves.

Can I host my website with you?

• Of course you can. All of our Hosting is done on our sister site "MyDesignBytes.com".
